Don't worry, you can still attend on the day if you have not pre-registered, but you will not be able to take advantage of the pre-registration discount
Remember, if you have not both pre-registered and paid as of today, January 14th, you will be required to pay full price on the day.
Remember you still need to pay the registration fee via one of the approved payment methods prior to January 14th 2008 to avoid paying full price.
Registration Fees
Registration fees for KapCon XV in 2006 are :

To gain the benefit of the pregistered player rates you must have both pre-registered and paid prior to January 14th 2008. Any registrations recieved after this date or which are not paid by this date, will be charged at the door at the Full Registration price.
KapCon endeavours to keep fees down so that as many people as possible can afford to attend. We feel that the cost compares very favourably to other entertainments that cover two days and nights.

On Attendance at Kapcon
Registration fees may also be paid on arrival at the venue. However, if you choose to pay at the venue you will not receive the preregistration discount and will be required to pay the full price of $25 This means if you choose to send us your registration details by email, or via the online form, you must still use one of the above payment methods to gain the preregistration discount.
Unfortunately KapCon is not currrently able to recieve payment via credit cards.

Print out or otherwise obtain a copy of the KapCon flyer, fill out your details on it, and mail it to :

If you wish to register by mail and are unable (for whatever reason) to obtain a copy of the flyer, just copy the details from the registration form above to a piece of paper and mail that.

Send an email containing the same details as the registration form above or the flyer to the KapCon registrar.
KapCon is a not-for-profit convention, but like most such conventions, still requires you to pay a fee and register your attendance. The fee is needed to pay for the venue, top up the prize pool, and pay for all the other incidental costs such as postage, copying, plastic cups etc.
While we would be glad to waive all fees if some kind soul would offer to cover our budget for us, registration would still be neccessary, and pre-registration is preferable. Please take the time to pre-register, as the organizers need to make estimates on the number of people who will be attending to try to ensure there is enough space, enough games, enough coffee, etc., and the more people who register, the more accurate those estimates can be.
