In a secure facility, the members of an elite unit have reurnted from another successful mission. What that mission
was is slightly unclear, but the unit knows they are safe in the facility and their Handler, Beckett, will ensure they are
safe and comfortable.
Now the team have time to unwind, discuss the mission and fill their time before they get called up to do another job.
Or mission. Or... what is it they do again? Whatever it is, it's dangerous and high risk. It must be, or they wouldn't
have lost a team mate a week ago.
Low costume, high character immersion. This larp is a psychological thriller which is a largely player driven mystery.
An experimental system for creating and running a LARP from scratch in on con Session.
Heavily influenced by the story game movement (Fiasco, until we sink, PTA etc.) and Jeep Form style of dramatic Larping (When our destinies collide especially).
In this game the players will come together to generate the everything from the characters to the conflicts they endure and then they get to ply those characters and find out their fates.
When you work in the shadows of the chrome monoliths, you take whatever work that floats down to the streets from the boardrooms and big-data expert systems. Sometimes you're paid to extract a corporate employee from his former employer. Sometimes you have to recover employees who have been newly reemployed by a new employer. Sometimes its data... missing and in need of recovery, or located and in need of appropriation. Every now and then the job's just straight out wetwork.
But the simple ones never turn out to be that simple. Better pack extra stimpatches.
The Sprawl is an apocalypse-powered game of mission-based action in a gritty neon-and-chrome cyberpunk future. You are the extended assets of vast multinational corporations, operating in the criminal underground, and performing the tasks that those multinationals can’t do, or can’t be seen to, do. Deniable, professional, and ultimately disposable.
Its the year 2150 and hungry humanity has stretched out into the Solar system to find the resources it desperately needs. Three corporations compete for lucrative mining rights on Mars, found to be rich with gold and uranium, both in short supply everywhere else.
Ascend Corporation mobile mining Crawler 242 has gone silent after reporting the largest deposit of gold ever found on the red planet. An elite crisis team is dispatched to rescue any survivors and secure the site before a giant planetary dust storm buries them forever.

The land of Alltopia has been ravaged after the disastrous battle of the Crystal Wall which guarded the south for eons. The Wall now lies shattered and no longer holds back the legions of gruesome monsters roaming the countryside. The undead armies of the Demon King Zolphus advance with each nightfall, laying waste to all they see. All civilisation will soon crumble, unless a band of yesterdays heroes can somehow find their way to the lofty peaks of Nightmare Mountain and confront Zolphus in his lair.

Live the messy, horrific and selfish life of a teenager...oh and be a monster too.
I will be directing a game of Monsterhearts. This will be followed up with Stefan Tyler running a session of Monster of the Week, where the hunters track down the and deal with the outcomes of the actions and decisions of the first game. For those who are unfamiliar with these games they are both Apocalyse World hacks, the first with a focus on the more unhealthy aspects of teenage life and all the drama that entails. Think Jennifers Body, Teen Wolf, the Craft. The second game is more along the lines of Supernatural, Fringe and the X-Files.
We be Licktoads! We make raid! Put the longshanks to the blade! Burn them up from feet to head, make 'em hurt, then make 'em dead!
We be Goblins!
"The Library is a pirate TV show. It's shown up once or twice on most network channels, but usually it's on the channels that Jeremy thinks of as ghost channels. The ones that are just static, unless you're paying for several hundred channels of cable. There are commercial breaks, but often the commercials aren't even in English, or in any other identifiable language.
Episodes of The Library have no regular schedule, no credits, and sometimes not even dialogue. No one has ever claimed responsibility for inventing The Library. No one has ever interviewed one of the actors, or stumbled across a set, film crew, or script."
-Kelly Link, 'Magic for Beginners'.
'The Library' is the most unusual television program ever conceived. For the first time, we've been able to track down an old recording of three episodes from the second season, 19, 31, and ∴ We invite you to see what happens to Fox, Faithful Margaret, Prince Wing and the dashing-but-treacherous pirate-magician Two Devils when they discover exactly what's about to destroy the Library they hold dear. Will they be able to band together and defeat this new menace? Or will they be forced to accept that sometimes, books don't hold all the answers?
'The Library: Episodes 19, 31, and ∴' is a costume-light, brain-melting experimental LARP from the masochist that's brought you too many Shakespeare games. It's highly recommended that players familiarise themselves with the short story this game is based on - copies are available online and through most public libraries.
Chicago, 2047.
Charles Hartmann, CEO of Hartmann-Prince Multinational, is having a "get-together" to celebrate the centennial anniversary of Al Capone’s death.
At least, that’s one story. Everyone knows there’s got to be a real reason behind the event: maybe he’s planning to announce something that’ll finally end the technological stalemate with rival company Featherlight, or maybe he’s made a contract with the Chicago Police Department for military-grade cyberware. Rumours are everywhere.
But he won’t be the only one at that gathering, and his guests have announcements of their own. Strange, though, that his favoured researcher isn't on the door list...
This is a scenario for Edge of the Empire, an RPG focussing on the scoundrel and scum of the Star Wars universe. It sees a ragtag band of smugglers, slicers, outlaws and exiles struggling to overcome their ever-deepening obligations to shadows of the underworld.
Shadows of a Black Sun is based on the 2013 Free RPG Day scenario of the same name and is especially suitable for new RPGers, Star Wars fans, people interested in Edge of the Empire and those who prefer to shoot first.
