BZZRT Crash! The lights go out across New York, and the Raft goes dark with them.

Something has drained the generators of the world’s most secure super-prison. Over eighty villains are loose in the blackout, S.H.I.E.L.D. is outgunned, and villains are already blasting his way to the surface. Your heroes have to get in, or get out, and decide who to stop, who to save, and who to let run.

Somewhere in the chaos, one prisoner is being quietly taken away, and the breakout was only the cover. Down in the lowest cell, a hero the world forgot is waiting to see whether anyone will come for him.
