The ArtLife Foundation is a non-profit organisation that purchases property and rents it out to professional artists at low cost. However, no building has given them more trouble than the MacAllister building. For some reason there always seems to be a high turnover of tenants.
As residents of the MacAllister building you know things that the ArtLife Foundation could not even imagine. By night the building changes, doors appear where none were before and the exit which once lead to the roof now leads into a near-endless expanse of rooms where nothing is impossible anymore. For some of you this is exhilarating, for others terrifying. However, you will soon discover that the true cost of living in the MacAllister Building is more than the rent charged by the ArtLife Foundation.

A Call of Cthulhu scenario written by Sandy Petersen (the original designer of the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game) and Mike Mason.
Despite the concerns and worries of life, a final voyage is being made on the luxury yacht, Delilah, taking the vessel from America to its new owner in England. The icy waters of the North Atlantic hold many secrets. One such secret is about to be discovered...
Welcome to the Edge.
Life here isn't always easy. The Mayor controls this city with a tight grip, aided by Agents of the dreaded Corrections Bureau and their faceless Automatons.
There's a war on too, and we all must be vigilant for signs of The Enemy. Their spies could be anywhere, or anyone. But our brave Navy are taking the fight to them and the new fleet about to launch will be the one that finally ends the war. The Mayor says it, so it must be true.
Life in Wartime means some stuff isn't so easy to come by, at least for the likes of you and I. Folks on the East Side never seem to want for much, but that's always the way of things. Prohibition is in force, but you can usually find a drink, if you know the right people.
And of course, you don't want to be outside when the Fog rolls in.
Survival in the world under the shadow of the Demon Lord is difficult, not just for risk-taking adventurers, but for ordinary folk faced daily with threats of starvation, illness, and madness. What measures would such folk be willing to take to ensure the survival, even prosperity, of an entire community? And who would deny them, saving them from the memories that will haunt them in the small hours of the night?
This scenario is designed as a demonstration of the Shadow of the Demon Lord, a dark fantasy RPG of horror and madness. It is well suited for those new to roleplaying and/or the RPG. The players will have the opportunity to generate their own characters - would-be heroes risking corruption, madness, and death. Dilemmas will be explored, depravity faced, and nightmares overcome.
Word has reached the town of Old Prados that Wade Dupree and his gang, the famed outlaws, are hiding out nearby in Drymill Gulch. The sheriff has rounded up a posse of gunslingers and concerned citizens to bring these murders and robbers to justice, but in order to get there, your group will need to traverse the dangerous gulch at sunset - the only time of day the heat is bearable. Don't pay any attention to that rustling, pardner. That's just a snake in the brush.

The Laundry offers excellent psychological care to its staff, including where necessary enforced "wellness breaks" at carefully vetted retreats so they can escape the horror of being the world's only ISO 9001 compliant occult intelligence agency. But this means that some poor sucker has to vet those retreats.
That poor sucker is you. Along with your colleagues, you've been sent for a team-building holiday at the Satori Institute. You'll need to do a little work there to make sure that the staff aren't spies or cultists and that everything is safe for future groups, but that's really just a formality. Really, you're getting a fully paid-for junket to a quiet resort. It'll be hell...
The Inquisiton has found the crusader citadel of Martyr’s Point to have fallen to the profane. Rumours of the ancient god-monster, Okka the Eater, spread as quickly as the plague that shares it's name. But the truth eludes those seeking confessions, despite endless nights of torture, and an elite team of witchhunters is called to root out evil and decide where the wrongness lies.
Shadow of the Demon Lord is a dark fantasy RPG of horror and madness by Rob Schwalb, a designer on WFRP2e, D&D5e, A Song of Ice and Fire RPG and the Black Company RPG. Fans of Joe Abercrombie's First Law series will especially enjoy this scenario. The characters are a band of hardbitten troubleshooters, living in a world darkened by the Demon Lord, risking corruption, madness, and death. Dungeons will be explored, depravity faced, and nightmares overcome.
Every night you have to listen to your kid, you have to pay attention to what they say and when they say ‘there’s something under the bed’ you have to nod and go find your baseball bat.
Night Terrors is a new game by Jenni Sands and Jack Newhouse, in which you as a parent discover that the monsters under the bed are real and they really really want to eat your children.
Think Little Fears meets Monster of the Week
Disclaimer: very new game; system may be a bit ropey, may be in playtest, but we'll have fun!
You're excited to be the first research team to move into the new Salinger Building, but moving labs kind of sucks. It's tricky getting experiments to work in the new lab. There seem to be some teething problems with the building systems: lights flickering; brown-outs wreaking havoc with your sensitive equipment. You reckon the Megadairy corp lab on the top floor is hogging all the power. Their lights NEVER go out, even in the middle of the night. At least, not until the night of the blackout.
The sun has been blazing over Mesa Amarillo all day, and you have been out in it, trying to find the perfect spot to camp. You are out and away from it all for two nights - away from WiFi, away from traffic lights, away from rent payments and breaking news. It's been hours since you've seen a Starbucks. Out here, it's just you, your friends, the desert, and the blistering sun.
Only... there's something else out here, too. Out on the horizon. And whatever it is, it owns this desert.
