Best Friends

Facilitator:
Jenni Dowsett

A freeform laugh-a-minute indie game about being best friends....the setting, characters and story are pretty much up to the players. So far I've run it as Star Wars, Robyn Hood, Prom night, shojou fantasy and superheroes and villains in the Big Brother house.

It's awesome fun. Come along!

A.C.O.R.N.

Facilitator:
Sophie M

Join A.C.O.R.N. they said. You’ll see the world they said. Be a Hero, they said. What they didn’t say is that you’d spend you’re time as a ‘B’ grade spy who is only sent on the type of missions that involve picking up the Boss's dry cleaning and making sure his brat of a daughter gets to College on time. This is worse than High School!

Why does nothing interesting ever happen?

London. Winter. 1963.

But rather than swinging this London is barely holding on in the aftermath of a war which has cut off all communications with the rest of the world. 24 Hours : Regarding Ducks (Re:Ducks)

Facilitator:
The Dingwall Brothers Flying Circus

A game by one of the infamous Dingwall brothers!

Actually this is a reworking of a very old game of mine which originally sailed under the title: 24 hours tarok game or the not happy happy smurf game.

Really all i can tell you about the game with out giving anyhting away is that your character will wake up in a room. But don't worry your character knows as much as you do about what's going on :P

Not Our Future

Facilitator:
Daniel Steadman

The world has changed since the end of season 7. The Slayers have gotten all organisey and missiony but there are a few newly awoken slayers that aren't part of the plan. They still live with their folks, struggle with math and try to get by at school. One such slayer is trying to avoid flunking school and do their bit to keep the world safe, now if only they hadn't been grounded for smoking...

Lambs of a Nameless God

Facilitator:
Luke Walker

The world ended ten years ago today. Some say it came from the sky. Others that it came from below, twisting through the streets of our city like a darkness. Others simply awoke to find their world have left them. The older ones couldn't survive in this new world without past. So we, the younger ones, thrived.

We live life now bright and free in the wasteland, in defiance of everything that tries to take it from us – apathy, hunger, violence, loneliness. We cling to each other tightly as together we can be ourselves; our whole world, not caring that everyone out there ignores us.

Jumping the Sharky (name subject to change)

Facilitator:
Michael Foster

The Boss is laid up in hospital, his right hand man on the run and his best men scattered far and wide. Someone's putting the pressure on and there's no time or chance for a gathering to plan their counterattack. But the distance separating them may yet prove their greatest strength, as each man is able to carry out his part of the plan unnoticed while the enemy thinks they're too scattered and distant to be a threat. Of course, communication is key so that every member of the team knows exactly what he has to do, but in this technological age long distance isn't the problem it used to be.

Sitting Shiva

Facilitator:
Stephanie Pegg

Someone you care about has died. It might have been a friend, a lover, a relative. Whoever it was, their absence has left a raw place in the part of you that thinks about them. You've gathered with other people who knew that person to sit shiva, to relive your memories before they flicker out like a spent candle, maybe to say that one thing you always wanted to, but never did.
