It has been ten days since the world went dark; the sun is gone, the stars are gone, and now only darkness remains.
Then, five days ago: THEY came!
You are at Wellington airport, along with a host of other people. The terminal has become an emergency center, at least it had until people started disappearing... disappearing in the dark. Now people are scattering and the backup power is dwindling. News on the shortwave radio (the only comms still working) has talked of evacuations in the harbor, you have also heard of strange things being sighted in the city itself. Will you hunker down and wait for help? Go for evac? Or investigate the city?
Whatever you do though, just remember to STAY IN THE LIGHT.

"We have maybe two days of food for all of us. The pickup won't get much farther before we're running on fumes. And LT's wound looks bad. He keeps fading in and out of conscious, but even when he's awake he's not talking sense. Dammit, he always knew what to do when the things seemed hopeless, but it looks like this war finally broke him."
In the aftermath of a last desperate attack against the Soviets, you and a few survivors find yourselves holed up in an abandoned farmhouse behind enemy lines. You were probably one of the lucky ones. What the hell are you gonna do to get out of this alive?
Twilight: 2000 is an alt-history post-apocalyptic military survival RPG. The Soviet Union never fell, and the superpowers went to war in 1997. The nukes began falling one year later. The world as we knew it is gone. You and your comrades, a mix of volunteers, draftees and civilians, have been fighting a hellish war in Poland for three years. One month ago, word came through from command about a big offensive, what they called Operation Reset. A last gasp of the superpowers to stab at each other. One week ago, the NATO offensive was crushed at Kalisz. The last words from HQ were "Good luck, you're on your own".
This is naturally a fairly dark game, especially given Putin's illegal war in Ukraine. These topics may come up during the game: violence, war, disease, forced labour, cannibalism, gory injuries, mental distress. Lines & Veils and the X card will be used.
The tone for the game is primarily serious, but a bit of dark humour is welcome to break tension. The only role-playing knowledge needed is being able to tell a d6, d8, d10 and d12 apart.
Flatlined takes place on the world of Neon, in the Usher subsector of Reft. The Travellers awaken in a crashed spacecraft, with only the vaguest memos of how they got there....
This is a scenario for the modern version of the Traveller game - the archetypal space faring RPG. Character sheets, pencils and 2D6 dice will be provided - easy system to learn. For any age or sensibilities, as long as you like science fiction.
A group of strangers compete for fabulous prizes on a reality TV show. Alliances will form, tensions will flare, bonds will be broken, heads will roll - Wait, what?
A modern fantasy/horror game that leans into the tropes. Plenty of room for comedy too. The object isn't to win the game so much as to play out the shenanigans, try to survive, or die amusingly trying.
You wake up cold, in the dark. You are not alone. You can’t remember who you are and you don’t recognize the room you’re in or the people around you. You’re in the ocean, deep underwater in some kind of abandoned research station. Who are you? What is this place and why are you here? What are the strange, monstrous noises coming from the abandoned parts of the Station? What are the creatures that shuffle and splash through the flooded halls and corridors? How will you escape to safety? Can you escape at all?
The Place: Somewhere in Space
The Year: 3245
The Galactic Space Service Titan is making her maiden voyage from Kuiper-7 to the Galactic Port at Arcturus, a trip of several months, in the most opulent luxury that several quarillion credits can afford. For some, the endless social engagements, high society and endless buffet are worth the six-figure "conscious transit" ticket, but for those looking for a more practical travel to Arcturus, the Sleeper Bay is more preferable. The ship is captainless, piloted by a new brand of A.I called ROS, and a number of handy metal servants that are programmed to learn the specific needs and quirks of each guest.
It is only two months into the voyage, when the blinking "STANDBY" light on your Sleeper pod flicks to green, and the reanimation process begins....
Fate Accelerated is a modification of Evil Hat's Fate system for shorter play and more roundabout problem solving. Less focus has been placed on mechanics of the game in favour of a richer narrative experience. There is nothing that you cannot do, so long as you do it in the right way...
