The Chamber Auxilliaries are summoned once again. Having failed to recover the goddess idol of the Kai-Tek with great loss of life, the Kai-Tek now tell of a great approaching cataract of time. Having failed also to recover the sword entrusted to the Emporer's son and capture Lothario Lochinvar, the Emporer feels only a truely impossible task will satisfy his anger. A piece of the divine firmanent has reportedly fallen onto an island in the Indias. The Kai-Tek see this as a final sign that a critical mass has been reached. The Emporer wants his Chamber Auxilliaries to retrieve a sample from the piece of the Firmanent.
